We currently deliver across the UK.
Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size of your order and delivery location.
For party furniture hire or larger event orders, additional delivery charges may apply based on location.
Dispatch Times
As many of our products are prepared to order, please allow time for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.
Estimated dispatch times will be communicated at the time of ordering where possible.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Furniture Hire
Furniture hire orders may require simple self-setup unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and collection where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
