2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
As many of our products are prepared to order, slight variations in colours, fabrics, packaging or accessories may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Delivery charges and optional add-ons will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
The Cuddle Kit is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products and party packages, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ali.cuddlekit@gmail.com, including photographs where possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Party Packages & Hire Items
Party orders and hire items are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Furniture hire, styling items and accessories remain the property of The Cuddle Kit unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of any hire items during use. Charges may apply for damaged, heavily stained or missing items.
Delivery charges for hire items may vary depending on location.
Simple self-setup may be required unless otherwise agreed.
7. Product Safety
Our products may contain small parts and accessories which could present a choking hazard.
Products are recommended for children aged 3+ with adult supervision at all times.
Customers are responsible for checking suitability for individual children, including any allergies or sensitivities relating to scents, fabrics or materials.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, photography, logos, designs and imagery on this website belong to The Cuddle Kit and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cuddle Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
